Please add this feature asap! As it stands, we have to move potentially hundreds of individual captions one-by-one if we make an edit in the middle of our timeline. It feels like caption editing features have been largely ignored by Premiere developers.

These captions features were suggested a year and a half ago and it seems like there have been no improvements to working with captions since. The features suggested above seem like the basics to make working with captions simple and efficient, and would give us similar editing abilities that we have for video and audio clips. Instead, working with captions in premiere is a huge pain. Imagine yourself in our shoes, working with dozens or hundreds of clips in a movie, and being forced to use a single caption layer - what if we need to edit the length or placement of a clip in the middle of a movie? Oh great, now I need to move all of the captions individually one-by-one because I don't have to ability to move and edit multiple captons the way I can with other clips. Please improve caption editing!
