We do monitor User Voice; we share your disappointment that we don’t have a reproducible case, for this issue.

If you can reliably reproduce the ‘low level exception’ problem, on your system, please contact Support and provide them with any files and source media required for that repro case, as well as (important!) step-by-step instructions on how you can reproduce the issue.

We’re eager to pursue the issue further.

Regina, I have been monitoring this thread for a while now and it is very apparent to me that Adobe does not monitor this forum. The only thing I would recommend is downgrading (or actually upgrading, if you will) to PP 2019. That solved my issues entirely!

Same problem here all! At first I thought my GPU was going down but after coming here and reading all the woes, I now know it's an Adobe Premiere problem. Adobe, FYI, exporting a 2 hour timeline with 4K footage using the Mercury Playback Engine Software Only simply isn't going to cut it. This seems to me like it should be the most basic of functions in Premiere. Why this problem now? We should be adding features, NOT bugs! Please fix asap, Adobe!

Unfortunately, Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 is no longer an option for me. I am a professional with a workflow, and I cannot put up with issues like this. I resurrected PP 2019 and I'm back in business. Thankfully I have an easy surefire way of reading in PP 2020 projects in any previous version! I always keep 3 versions of PP installed at all times for debacles such as this. Adobe, here's a good ol' fashioned concept for you... "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"!
