Poster frames are no longer working for me as well - I believe this started after the Nov update.

They do work for the original clips - but NOT for subclips. I was using them successfully for the last 2 versions and suddenly they stopped working. Using the right-click menu, the keyboard shortcut - nothing works.

Please - I’m begging you guys to fix this. It’s definitely a bug. It’s a vital, very basic function that should be working in any mature NLE, especially one that’s been around as long as Premiere.

This thread describes my issues exactly and has reports from many more people with the same problem: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/set-poster-frame-not-working/td-p/10562057?page=1
