I am editing a video in Adobe Rush on my iPad Pro. I’m halfway through a video project but suddenly the majority of my project assets say “Media Missing!” I have been able to reconnect a few, but most fail to reconnect with the “find and connect” option. For those files (videos), I’ve tried adding them to the project again straight from my local camera roll, but now they say “Unsupported media type. 1 of 1 media could not be imported.” I receive this message despite the facts that 1) the file was previously in the project and working just fine, and 2) identical file types such as the very next video in my local camera roll are in the project and operating just fine. I’ve tried signing out and closing everything, updating and restarting my iPad, and signing back in, but it didn’t help. My apps and accounts all appear to be up to date.
