    The issue seems to be with specific media files. For further investigation, please share the media file which is causing this issue.

  3. Fully support .avi and .mp4 video files. If they play in VideoLan, PP should be able to read them without transcoding them using Handbrake.

    Please help us with with more information. Is this happening on Mac or Windows ? Also, is this happening for all file types or only h264 and hevc ?
