    I have the same issue - same machine, but running OS X 15.X with FirePro D700s.
    I've found that if I launch the Apps as soon as I've done a full reboot (not a restart) the Apps will load. But if I close one and try to reopen it, I get the warning. So something clearly loads int he background that stops the launch.
    It's a fresh install, so I'm reluctant to roll back any apps, so I'm using this work around in the hope that a fix comes soon.
