You can already do this. Just cut the video before, and after the frame you want to pause on. Then select the single frame clip, and change the duration in the speed options.

if you only want the audio, just move it up to another track. And then turn the eyeball off for that track. Theres no need to ever have video with nothing in it, and the magnetic moving clipson the bottom are really helpful.

Would be nice if you could put a diferent transition for the begining and end of a clip. Or just be able to put a transition between clips.

if you already added it, just tap the project assets button to add another copy to the timeline

If you press speed it will tell you the clip duration

y cant you just choose any aspect ratio or type in pixel dimensions
