WORKAROUND FOUND! I too have been plagued by this problem. It's been hit or miss (mostly miss) where I click analyze, wait for it to process only to find that when it's done I have to click analyze again. What has been working 100% for me is if as soon as it begins to analyze, click cancel and then click analyze again. It's not a fix but it is a workaround that can save a lot of time waiting for it to completely analyze only to find out it needs to be re-applied. This way, I just drag warp onto my clip, click analyze, wait a sec, hit cancel and analyze and then I'm good to go. Hope this helps, but Adobe, please fix this!!
