We do monitor User Voice; we share your disappointment that we don’t have a reproducible case, for this issue.
If you can reliably reproduce the ‘low level exception’ problem, on your system, please contact Support and provide them with any files and source media required for that repro case, as well as (important!) step-by-step instructions on how you can reproduce the issue.
We’re eager to pursue the issue further.

Same here, started happening after I updated my iMac to Catalina, then updated Premiere Pro to 2020. Not sure which one is causing the bug, but it is making my workflow nearly impossible. Please remedy immediately or post a solution.
The footage is a mix of client footage (type unknown) and H.264 footage. Works fine until I try to play at faster speeds using the L/J keys...looks like this is the same issue with everyone.Rich Bailey supported this idea ·
