I have the same problem. My main monitor is 4K resolution with recommended scaling of 150%, the second monitor is 2.7K with recommended scaling of 100% and the third monitor is HD with recommended scaling of 100%. With the given configuration the Eye Dropper/Color Picker tool doesn't work, although if all scalings are set to 100%, the tool works. This problem is only present in Adobe Premiere, in any other program (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Photoshop) I can't reproduce this issue.

When could this problem be solved?

This is a great request that is certainly something we want to implement. Rest assured our engineers DO understand the importance of this feature and how to get the job done. We also know that the performance and stability of the app should be our #1 priority and that is where our focus is right now.
