Wasn't my comment (I voted, apparently), but absolutely - yes. The ability to watch folders and automatically import the media into Premiere is a feature I would find invaluable. Would be immensely helpful with reshoots or when I am handed additional material to use in my edits when the project is already a large one. Right now, the closes thing I have found to this is Pro IO (https://aescripts.com/pro-io/). Would absolutely love to see an Auto-Import feature like this natively make it into Premiere (and After Effects, if possible).
