you will need to create 2 user commands,
Target All command will consist of these ones:
- "target video tracks", Target All tracks option
- "target audio tracks", Target All tracks optionun-Target All command will consist of these ones:
- "target video tracks", un-Target All tracks option

Arrow, a free extension for Premiere Pro, will copy a frame to the clipboard with a single press of a shortcut.
Also you can save frame, absolute or relative to project path is supported.
Arrow is compatible with Premiere Pro 2019 and higher (macOS 10.14.5+ & Windows).

I developed new extension: EXCALIBUR. It has "Duplicate and Increment" command. It will duplicate active sequence and increment version number. Old version will be moved to "Archived Sequences" bin.

I developed new extension: EXCALIBUR. It has "Apply Transition" command. You select multiple transitions (either shift+click or drag over cuts with cmd/ctrl pressed down). Then call up this command and select duration to apply, all of selected transitions will get same duration.

Dear Sir, take a look at Watchtower extension:
http://knightsoftheeditingtable.com/watchtowerit auto imports media from watch folders and also supports image sequences.
Growing image sequences will be updated.
If image sequence has changed, it will be refreshed. -
