    This is similar to my issue of trying to modify timecode for current frame. It takes two times for the timecode to stick and then reverts to that modified timecode set for the current frame becoming the start time for the clip when reopening the project. Adding hours and hours of work to our projects that are shot multicam on dslr's with a timecoded slate. This has been broken for some time now and has not been fixed.

    something changed in the modify clip - timecode since 13.1
    Modify clip - timecode at current frame for me is being applied to the first frame of clip and not the current. Had to go back to 13.0.3
