Both Premiere and After Effects CC 2020 have glitchy renders and previews! In After Effects I had to save my work as a previous version, but in Premiere my work is virtually lost. I have tried everything suggested in other forums including trying to render by software and disabling the GPU. Disaster seems the right word to me.

Same issue here in Windows 10. It's impossible to transmit to "Adobe Monitor 1".

I hope this is not in purpose. Premiere Pro is working just fine, as was in After Effects previous versions. Transmit is broken.
