    I really wish I didn't have to vote for this, but I'm writing this now, because tracking footage slows after effects to the point that it can't register clicks or keypresses, so I'm stuck waiting on this track for the next hour, and previews are verifiably a third or less as efficient as previous versions, and to top it all off, because I have to wait for so much as a single value change on a greenscreen, my client is getting this AT BEST a day late.

    I've begun telling my directors to ignore this program. it's not worth the pain, the addons just make it worse and aren't useful, and for 10% the price you can get a clone that isn't using 20 year old code

    We're very excited to announce that Selectable Track Mattes are now available in the public beta builds! Selectable Track Mattes work just like parenting, allowing you to pick any layer in your composition, no matter where it sits in the layer stack, as a Track Matte source for any other layer.
