Go to Modify > Document and turn off "Use advanced layers". Publish a new SWF Then, in After, replace the SWF (that after created when you imported the FLA) with the new SWF you have created Save Submitting... Looks like you have to cancel (in Animate) the work with advanced layers. Go to Modify > Document and turn off "Use advanced layers".
Publish a new SWF
Then, in After, replace the SWF (that after created when you imported the FLA) with the new SWF you have created
