I noticed this was posted over a year ago. I had a conversation last week with Adobe about this problem, and they said it's a known issue and Adobe is working on it. (October 2019)
This is insane. I spent over $4,000 on a computer that I can't use.

This is a huge problem that is risking me losing one of my primary clients, because I can't trust my computer to deliver what I need. This is absolutely unacceptable. ADOBE PLEASE FIX THIS.
