Multi-Frame Rendering is now available in After Effects public beta. We’re starting with Render Queue export, and will add support for preview, AME, MOGRTs and beyond in subsequent releases.
This is a significant update to the After Effects architecture. Unlike older versions that rendered multiple frames by creating copies of the application, this is true multithreaded rendering. The render pipeline has been optimized from end to end, enabling After Effects to use your system to its full potential.
We know how important rendering faster is to you. That’s why we’ve taken the time to do this right, and build a strong, high-performance foundation for the future. We appreciate your patience, and would love to hear how Multi-Frame Rendering is working on your hardware and with your projects.
You can learn more about this multi-year effort here: https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2021/03/10/multi-frame-rendering-now-in-after-effects-beta.html

We're truly grateful for all this and look forward to the improvements, but I guess this is our yardstick for how many years it takes the team to respond to a request goal. I know this one was a doozy, so hopefully you can now address the other top requests that have never been acknowledged or commented on.

I have tried in vain to relay Adobe's absolute lack of communication around After Effects to their team. They don't care, they give me tons of "Oh yes, we're talking to the team about it and things are going to change!" Aaaaand, they don't. No updates on any of the other requests in here, even requests that have been marked fulfilled are not acknowledged. Meanwhile on the Premiere uservoice page and almost every other major app there are constant updates on progress. I am so absolutely utterly disgusted by the apathy from this team.

Hey Adobe, how about you deign to communicate with your users more? WTF are we paying this much money per month for? There are even a few requests in here that could be considered accomplished, yet nobody on your team can take a moment to address this?

Thank you for reporting this bug. Our team is investigating the cause of this problem.
This problem occurs when rendering from the After Effects render queue using premultiplied alpha. If you change the alpha mode to straight (in the Output Module Settings dialog, set the Color option to Straight (Unmatted)), the problem does not occur.

Hey Tim, how about you respond to the TOP voted suggestions since most have been sitting here ignored by your team? Do you even care that in each of these top voted requests there hasn't been a single word from your team? Or that each of those forums is filled with angry posts begging for your team to respond? Why does almost every other Adobe uservoice page have responses to their top requests but not you?

Thank you for filing this request.
Have you used the output name and location templates in After Effects? These can automate where the render queue exports to, including locations relative to the project file.

We really appreciate you commenting in here Jessica, but how about you address some of the greater requests or mark some of the higher ranked ideas as anything other than "totally ignored by our team." I know bug reports are critical, but if you're willing to comment on this post, then why not any of the hot ideas or top ideas?

I have pleaded with Adobe support via Twitter and every other medium on earth for their developers to communicate with us more than once a year or so on these forums. Premiere and every other major Adobe app has constant updates on uservoice requests that have been voted up, here we get crickets on requests that are years old and never acknowledged. It's truly despicable of Adobe to treat this user base with such disregard.

We do monitor User Voice; we share your disappointment that we don’t have a reproducible case, for this issue.
If you can reliably reproduce the ‘low level exception’ problem, on your system, please contact Support and provide them with any files and source media required for that repro case, as well as (important!) step-by-step instructions on how you can reproduce the issue.
We’re eager to pursue the issue further.

Adobe is failing us again. How much money in subscriptions do we have to pay to continue beta testing for your products?

Again, Adobe, can you please be bothered to respond to a request with this many votes? How long does something have to sit in the "top" ideas before you will engage? I see in the Premiere section that requests are responded to frequently, why not here?

Just one more little nudge, not that it matters, to expect any customer support or the faintest acknowledgement from Adobe in this forum would require a miracle of conscience from their absentee support staff.

Can someone, ANYONE, from Adobe do us the freaking courtesy that other Adobe improvement forums seem to have, and acknowledge some of these suggestions? This one in particular is critical to just about ANY FREAKING ANIMATOR I KNOW using this app. Premiere, Photoshop etc all have Adobe people chiming in regularly, here it's crickets. Frustrating to say the least.

This one simple addition would make so much possible. Adobe???
