Same here. I have emailed, typed with online help, sent feedback - all with the same results. They do NOTHING!
The CSR I spoke with argued with me that it was my computer, told me he needed remote access to see what I am doing wrong. I finally figured out that he was on a PC. I told him to go check it on a Mac. He did and said - yes, it doesn't work. Duh. Meanwhile he gives me the "special" email to his boss and says his boss asked me to email directly to him. Again, no answer to several emails.
I have now downloaded Protools. I was surprised to find that they now offer a monthly subscription plan like Adobe. So I am considering the switch. I'm so tired of AU updates never working till the next version is ready.Anonymous shared this idea ·
