I'm experiencing the same problem. I created one long subtitle (with no keyframes), then cut it up and changed the text according to the speech I'm transcribing. I now have around 70 individual clips of text, which should all share identical properties. For some bizarre reason I find the essential graphics coordinates have changed for pretty much every clip as I scrub through my timeline, each one progressively droping down the screen up to around 20 pixels!? A quick fix would be to copy the coordinates from a correctly positioned clip and past onto all the others. But, no, Premiere doesn't allow that, meaning I have to manually click to select the clip, then click to edit the text within essential graphics, then correct the coordinates FOR EVERY SINGLE CLIP. This is madness. Admittedly, I am using Premiere 2019 (13.1), but that's only to avoid multiple other bugs I'm trying to avoid in the later versions. Used to love Premiere. Now I hate it.

My workaround is to export directly from premiere, which is obviously a pain, instead of media encoder.

Absolutely shocking, Adobe. If this was to do with some new 3D VR rendering feature, it might be excusable. But it's not. This is basic stuff. Like playing video fluently (which Premiere stopped doing on my computer several years ago). Is it possible to have some kind of switch to re-enable CS6 when none of these problems existed??

Premiere 14.0 on Windows. Exactly the same problem. Yet another bug. Why am I not surprised...

My problem has strangely stopped, too.
However, when it was happening, I think it must have been some conflict with my antivirus software. I'm running Sophos and had to manually override the Peripheral Control option for any Adobe apps to open within 5 minutes.
I'm glad that problem's out of the way - although I'm still suffering from dropped frames and very choppy playback...

Pretty much the same with me.
I have a lightening fast machine (i9 / 128G RAm / 2x 900G SSDs) and yet Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder all take over 5 minutes to load - both 2020 and 2019 versions. And that's without even opening a project file.
Spoke at length with Adobe experts online and all they suggested was to reinstal Windows. Bit of a sledgehammer to ***** a nut... except it didn't ***** the nut. Problem if anything is worse now than it was before, and Adobe no longer answering my emails. Thanks guys!

Do you have an anti-virus, and can you disable it before opening PP / AE?
I have Sophos and if I don't manually override it, and specifically switch off 'Peripheral Control', each Adobe app takes 5-6 minutes to open.

    ...just crashed AGAIN.

This time: export media, save as, new folder: grey screens all round...

Still, only two crashes so far today, which is good going for me.

What a nightmare. I have no confidence opening projects anymore. Installed fonts suddenly missing, and (separately) incorrect luts frequently applied on older projects, frequent crashes, etc.

Anyway, ignore the suggested solution above, here's the WORKAROUND that fixes the problem for me: simply sign out of then back in to Adobe Cloud. Simple, albeit a bit of a pain BUT WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO THAT.

Can't believe this problem was originally flagged well over a year ago. COME ON ADOBE. So many bugs. My boss doesn't have time to listen to all these problems about software glitches. And I'm seriously thinking about switching to Final Cut.

Premiere would be wonderful if only it worked reliably...
