For #1, the just-released Version 2.0 has support for separate Left/Right Hip tags and a Hip Sway parameter in the Walk behavior that can move the handles to simulate hip sway, more so for quarter-drawn characters. See this tutorial for more information: youtube.com/watch?v=b1GLkNVVEGk

Scene Cameras have come to Character Animator 3.0 in the November 4th, 2019 release. Find them by clicking Scene→Add New Scene Camera. You can quickly setup and toggle between camera views or apply keyframes to the camera for more elaboration.

    Hello,
Instead of round-tripping to AE, it would be great to have multiplane Scene and movable Camera functionality native to CA.
    Thanks,
    Rajnesh
