    Hey Mads,

Could you share some additional information about your setup:

    Are you on Mac/Win?
    What GPU(s) are you using?
    What displays are you using?
What is the sequence resolution that you are seeing the error with?
Is the corruption happening on all displays at the same time, or just the Eizo display?

It might be worth checking whether your GPU drivers are up to date as well.

    Kyle

    Hi Ryan,

This is not a known issue as far as I know.
Could you share additional information about the exact model/config of your machine? If you don't know offhand you can get it from the Apple menu -> About This Mac.

Also if you could share a sample project/media that reproduces the bug, that would help as well. In the meantime, you could try switching to the software renderer as a possible workaround (albeit with reduced performance).

    Thanks!

    Hey Ian,

Do you have a sample file you can share so we can try it on our end?
Also what are your machine specs? This type of GPU rendering issue can be driver/hardware specific.

    Thanks!

Can you please try with the latest nVidia driver? There is a known issue with drivers around version 461.09 that exhibit symptoms similar to your report, but should be resolved in 461.40.

    Hello,

The GTX 1660 should be supported. If you have CUDA selected in the project renderer dropdown, Premiere will use your GPU to accelerate effect rendering where possible. Keep in mind, not all effects have GPU acceleration, and it's possible that you may experience low GPU utilization if you have a performance bottleneck elsewhere - e.g. encoding/decoding.

We are working with nVidia to get this resolved as soon as possible. For now, unfortunately we have to recommend sticking with an older driver version.

If you've installed the latest nVidia drivers (451.48), try downgrading to an older driver. 451.48 has known issues with Lumetri.

Can you please email me at plumador@adobe.com with more information about your issue? If you could provide a sample project/media I'd love to help debug this issue further.

Premiere 13.1 should warn you when you try to export a clip that has incomplete analysis.

The hardware encoding settings you are showing controls whether intel quicksync is available/used - which is separate from whether CUDA can be used to assist with rendering. You want to look in Project settings -> General -> Renderer to see that CUDA is selected there.

CUDA is a Nvidia GPU technology - it looks like you have an AMD GPU - Are you not able to select the OpenCL renderer in the project settings?

It should work - is OpenCL not selectable as a renderer in project settings?

Premiere should prefer the nVidia GPU over the Intel GPU for any GPU effect rendering it needs to do. Do you have GPU accelerated effects on your timeline ? What's your use case? Are you encoder/decoder bound? (Note that quick sync will be used for h.264/h.265 encoding/decoding which will show up as usage on the integrated GPU)

I've also heard some people having luck with creating a new project in 2019 instead of opening an existing project.

Are you using a relatively new nVidia driver? Does the whole screen go black or just some part of premiere?

Premiere doesn't hard cut off 2GB GPU from GPU acceleration. If the CUDA renderer is not available in project settings, it may be because your drivers are out of date.
