What, specifically, are you doing in PPro, when your fan hits full speed?
Are you actually working on a sequence? Looking at the Home screen? More specifics would help.

I had my system working with the beta version but with the latest release my system is messed up once again. If I run Premiere Pro for anymore than 5 minutes I get the same problems. That being said if I open Premiere Pro and do nothing for 2 minutes my system is OK. When I close Premiere Pro the CPU revs out. There is something wrong. Is it Windows and Premiere Pro?
Do you have a Gigabyte Motherboard with an Intel CPU? I do.

I have a Intel system and changing the CPU fan from Intel to Dynatron fixed the problem. I am not sure how wide spread the problem is with. Like you I always had to reboot and also like you after about 5 minutes of doing simple things the fan would rev at 100%.

Once I play a picture in picture and raise the fan speed it stay in high rev. Even after I close Premiere Pro. During render it will rev 100% as expected but it stays at full speed even after I close the program.
That being said I got a new CPU fan and now it works OK. It was just that beta version that did it.

I would like to see Premiere Pro get scrapped. I would like to see them make one program that has Premiere, Audition, After Effects and Prelude all in one program. The could call it Adobe Cinema 1.0.

One thing that was mention in the Premiere Pro forum is that the Essential Graphics Panel does not put the titles in the bins. That is the real deal breaker for me. I want to be able to select what bin I want my titles in.

The Essential Graphics Panel needs bins. The video below demonstrates why.
