Can you tell us about the media used here. Is this H.264/HEVC? frame rate? frame size? or does it happen for all types of media? A screen recording showing this issue would help us also.

While we look into this issue, meanwhile, does render and replace with effects burned in to replace that source/section work for you?
If you did it then Premiere Pro will be using a rendered clip with Neat video denoise effect burned in and so it can playback real time even after trimming that rendered media. -

Can you tell us more about the clip? such as: codec, frame rate and frame size and the camera/source of the media. Is this on Windows or Mac?

Hi Paul,
There are a number of different reasons this failure to occur.
This particular failure could be in rendering an effect in GPU. Can you identify the effect(s) used at around the listed timecode (00:01:15:12 - 00:01:15:20 ) and disable it and see if export succeeds?
Try also using Software renderer instead of CUDA/OpenCL?Here is a more comprehensive troubleshooting guide. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/error-compiling-movie-rendering-or.html

Can you try updating Intel driver on your PC and see if that helps?
Following is the link to the latest driver,
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28240/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=80939But if the above link does not work then use Intel's Driver and Support Assistant for getting the correct driver for your hardware,

Hi Rafael, Can you please tell us about the type of media that you are exporting and also the encode preset that you are using for this export? If you can open the source media file in Mediainfo tool and post the screenshot of the properties in Mediainfo that would help also.
