    Update: Syncing between iPhone XS and Windows 10 is working, if on iPhone XS the Option "Auto Low Light FPS" (24 fps instead of 30 fps under low light conditions) is turned off. Bug or feature?

    Same to me on iPad Air. Whereas iMovie is working smoothly (on the same Video Clips), Premiere Rush is somewhat jerky.
