I am a teacher, and we ALWAYS have students use Save As with all files as a best practice because it forces them to save to the correct server space and not to the desktop. I do NOT understand why this bug hasn't been fixed, as it's been on the boards as a problem since Nov. 2017. We have resorted to using older versions of Premiere (which is not what we pay to do). If someone even accidentally saves a file with SAve As it wipes the timeline. This does not make sense, and is not a user error but an Adobe bug. Please fix.
