    I was convinced this was possible until I found this thread. Used to this all the time in Avid. A workaround is copying a sequence into a sequence and re-arranging the source tracks, but really... this is such a basic feature.

    This just started happening for me in CC2020. Was working fine until a few minutes ago!

    But I noticed that if I rename a clip in the bin it will let me add markers and in-points. If I put the clip name back to what it was it still works. Lord knows what's going on there.

    Have the same issue on mid2012 iMac running OS X Sierra with CC18. Warp now creates a ripple like effect. Rolled back to CC17 to complete the project with no issues using the same footage so definitely a problem specifically with the 2018 release. Previous CC18 updates do not seem to have addressed this.
