You can open as many timelines as you wish. By default, SHIFT+3 would toggle between open timelines, you can assign any shortcut you want. I remember that function in Avid, and I find opening several timelines is somehow better than simply toggling between source/record.

What do you mean by Full Timeline View?
You can simply press the "\" shortcut to get a full view of your whole timeline. Is that what you meant?

CTRL+Click on desired point will reset it.
Double click resets the whole curve.

Create an adjustment layer, put it on top of the layers you want to apply the scale and position to. Add a "Transform" effect to the adjustment layer, the position and scale of that effect will affect all layers beneath it.

    Agreed!
Or maybe even automatically create a Nested Sequences bin and put all nests inside of it regardless of what bin is selected. Just like for Solids in After Effects.

    Yeah that's actually interesting!
The lock already displays visual feedback all over the track, I guess it would be quite simple to create something similar for the eye.

If I understood you well, you can go into your Preferences > Labels and pick any default Label you like for any type of media.
The small blue box you mentioned is officially called a Label.

The new "Type Tool" does exactly that. No matter if you paste it, slice it, duplicate it... each instance is separate from the rest.

Yes, I confirm there is a BUG regarding workspaces with Premiere Pro 2019.
I have a workspace saved, but whenever I close the project and open it again, the whole thing is a jumble. Almost nothing is the way I left it. I press "reset to saved layout", nothing happens even after I rearrange my windows and save the layout.
I even went as far as deleting all my saved workspaces, starting from scratch and created one new workspace. That didn't help.
Please fix this BUG as soon as possible. I can't afford to lose 10min each time I start a project in order to rearrange my windows.
