Thanks for your feedback, Irene. We're looking to improve this behavior on mobile in future versions.

Can you share with us what device you are using Rush on?

    Thanks,

Thanks for the suggestion, Johannes. Great feedback! iOS Files support is coming soon. This should give you 90% of what you're asking for. Connect via WLAN would be really nice as well.

Since we're already tracking iOS Files support in a different request I'll update this subject to WLAN support.

    Keep the feedback coming!

    Hi Brock,

Can you please tell us what platform you're using Rush on? iOS, Android, Mac or Windows?

Would you be willing to share a file with us so we can check to see why Rush is not handling the audio properly? You can upload it to any site and share a link.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Brendan,

Really sorry to hear Rush is crashing. Can you tell me what version of Rush you have installed and what is the source video? Was it captured on you, S8? If so, what are the settings (4k, 1080)? What is the duration of the file?

If you're able, sending the details here http://adobe.ly/rushbug would be helpful for our communication.

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi Michael,

Sorry Rush is crashing during export. Can you please tell us a little bit more about your project? Are there multiple layers of 4k video? Do you have any color, speed adjustments, titles in your project? Was your 4k media captured on your Pixel 3?

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out. In the latest update of Rush, we added a new share setting to help track down this issue. Can you please do the following

    1. Launch Rush, attempt to open the problematic project
    2. After you receive the error message, go to App Settings (gear icon) > Preferences > Tap on "Share logs and project files."
    3. Upload to somewhere I can download

    Thank you!

That's odd. I haven't seen this error stick around. Can you also try signing out and then back into Rush?

    Hi there,

If you quit and relaunch Rush will the project open? If not, can you try connecting to WiFi to see if that helps?

Let us know if either of the solutions helps or not. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Grafica,

Sorry, you're encountering this issue. Can you please try doing the following two things?

    1. Delete both the Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders found here:
     \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common

NOTE: By default, AppData is a hidden folder. Check this tutorial on how to access it: How to Find the AppData Folder in Windows 10
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlIJOokabWA

    2. Reset app preferences and plugin cache:
To reset preferences and plugin cache at the same time, hold down Shift+Alt keys while the Rush is starting. Release the Shift+Alt keys when the splash screen appears.

Please let us know if that helped or not.

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi Markus,

Thanks for reaching out. At this time you can switch between 4k to 720 resolution sizes.

Can you tell us what your workflow is and how we can help?

    Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for writing in libraries are not currently available on desktop. You can access your libraries on mobile.

Here's the workflow (not ideal but it's a solution on mobile for the time being):

    1. Go to color.adobe.com > Sign in with your Adobe ID
    2. Go to the Create tab
    3. Select the exact color scheme you want (manually enter any color values)
    4. In the top right of the screen add the color theme to a library > Save
    5. From Rush on iOS, go to the color pick > Select My Library
