Thanks for your feedback Luis. We're aware of this on Android. I'll merge your request to an existing one.

    Thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback Prizm! We're looking into ways to provide the best experience when working with linked clips.

For your specific case, my workaround is adding a 1 frame black clip (graphic/title) to the beginning of the sequence.

I hope this helps for now. Happy New Year!

Great request! We have this one on our radar. Thanks for the suggestion. This is not a solution but as the previous user mentioned, you can use the Speed Inspect to see the duration of your clip and enter a specific value to extend or shorten your clip (currently only available on desktop).

Thanks for your feedback Esiquio. I'll look into the issue where Rush is rendering the same file multiple times. That should not be happening.

Note that "optimization files" are only generated when you create a synced project. These files are needed for opening your projects on other devices. If you do not need to access your project on another device the best practice would be t ocreate a local-only project (disable the "Sync with CC" checkbox.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Henry.

Is your image saved to your camera roll or somewhere else? If iOS supports the file type Rush should as well. Let us know. We're happy to help!

Sorry about that Dorthy. Can you tell me what template you were using from Motion Array? We do not have control over what they create but I would expect them to work.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll look into it.

    Hello!

Are you using a Mac or iOS device? iCloud is available on your Mac desktop/laptop but is not yet available on iOS.

Hi Richard - Sorry this is a long-overdue response but I just came across this. Rush supports the iPhone 7 and newer devices. Hopefully, you were able to get your project out. You can always sync your project to Creative Cloud and export your video from your PC.

Hope all is well now! Let us know if you need any help in Rush. You can reach us on our social channels here

    Hi,

Sorry Rush hasn't been running smoothly for you. I have a few questions that will help try to understand what the issue may be

    1. What computer are you using?
    2. Do you know the GPU?
    3. What did you shoot the footage on?
    4. How long is your project? How many layers of the video?
    5. Does the project contain titles?

Seeing a screenshot or a recording of your project would be very helpful.

Also, seeing the crash logs can help us. Follow these steps to find Premiere Rush crash logs on Windows:
Open Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows+E keys.
Unhide hidden folders by following these instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files
Navigate to the following folder to collect the crash log
    OS:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Premiere Rush\1.0\logs

[NOTE: <username> is your Windows user name]

    also here
    1. Search for Event View
    2. Navigate to Windows Logs > Application
    3. On the right column > Using "Find" search for Premiere Rush

If you find any logs please copy and paste the entire log or take a screen capture.

    Thanks,

    PG
