    Hi Jarrod ,

Thanks for your feedback. Just in case you’re not aware, you can lock tracks in Rush to avoid clips from shifting on other tracks if you prefer them to stay in place or not delete when editing in the primary video track.

To access track controls (lock, mute audio/video) click the Control Tracks button in the bottom left of the desktop and iPad version, bottom iPhone version.

I know this isn’t exactly what you want but hope it helps!

    Hi Marc

I also would expect the previous destination you selected to be remembered. I'd like to get the added to the app. If you'd like, you can make a sperate feature request from this so that others can vote for it as well.

For the missing media issue. I have a few questions.

    1. Can you reproduce this issue? Always? Sometimes?
    2. Was this a synced project?
    3. Have you tried to sign out and back into the Create Cloud desktop app?

Sorry for the hassle here. Hope we solve this.

Ah great! I can reproduce. So not really great but this gives us something to work off of. Sorry, this is happening but it sounds like you have a workaround for the time being.

We'll look into this right away. Thanks again for the report and help reproducing this issue.

    Hi Dan,

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue using a custom font from Anyfont. Can you please provide a few more details about your setup?

    1. What iOS and OS version do you have?
    2. What font is causing the crash?
    3. Are all fonts installed through Anyfont causing Rush to crash?
    4. What method did you use to install the font?

Thanks for the report and for your help.

    Hi Tor,

As of build 1.0.1 Rush iOS only supports exporting to 1080p30. That's why you're hitting this issue. We're working hard to get 4k exports into the app. In the meantime, you can sync your project to desktop and export 4k from there.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the report.

You're right! That's not correct. We have received a few reports where users see a green, pink or purple haze or lines in the Rush Preview Monitor or the exported file. This issue occurs if the Intel display driver is out of date or not compatible with the computer.

Solution: Install Intel display driver version 25.20.100.6323 from this link:
    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28240/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=80939

Please let us know if that doesn't solve this issue. Thanks!

Sorry, you running into this issue. Can you try the following

    1. Quit Rush
    2. Sign out of the Creative Cloud app
    3. Sign back into the Creative Cloud app
    4. Relaunch Rush

    Does this resolve the issue?

    Hi there!

Sorry, navigating your way through Rush hasn't been going smoothly. Here's how you apply a transition to a clip in Rush

    1. Select a clip in the timeline
    2. Open the Transition Inspector (the second button down on the right side of the app. Looks like an hourglass)
    3. With the clip selected, select 1 of the 3 transitions listed

This will apply a transition to the beginning and end of the selected clip.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any more questions. Also, check out this link for helpful tutorials

    Hi Anthoney,

You can set the opacity for any clip in Rush. Try this:
    1. Select a clip in the timeline
    2. Open the Transform Inspector
    3. Open the Advanced section
There's an Opacity slider under the Appearance section

Let us know if you have any trouble using this feature. Thanks!

    Hi Tia,

Where did you get this title? From Adobe Stock or did you make it in Premiere Pro? Is it possible the background color was accidentally changed to white? Can you change the background color manually?

I'd be happy to look at the title for you. Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Peter

I sent you a direct message Lacie. We'll get this sorted out!

    PG

Adminpetergaraway (Software Engineer, Adobe DVA) commented  ·

    Hello Lacie,

I think I know what's going on here. You probably have videos that are not the same size (resolution) in your project. The first clip(s) in your project may be 1920x1080, and your middle clip(s) might be slow-mo which are often smaller (1280x720) resolution.

Here’s how Rush works. The sequence size (resolution) is based on the first video clip you select when creating your project. We're thinking of increasing the scale of the video automatically in the future, but for now, you will need to manually increase the size of the smaller clips using the scale slider in the Transform Inspector or tapping on the monitor pinch zoom the image to increase the size.

Please let us know if you have any questions about this or feedback!

    Thanks!

    Hi Gerald,

Thanks for posting. You're correct; there are no panning capabilities in Rush right now. We're exploring ways how we can implement this sort of functionality in a future release. For now, taking the project into Premiere Pro is the solution.

Can you describe your workflow to us? How can make handling audio powerful yet intuitive to you and the rest of the Rush users?

Thanks in advance for your feedback. We appreciate your time.

    Hi there,

You can rotate your clips on iOS by going to the Transform Inspector. Here's how:

    1. On the iPhone, select the clip you want to rotate
    2. Swipe right on the toolbar on the bottom of the screen until you see Transform > Tap on Transform button
    3. Under the Basic section, there's a slider that says Rotation

Another way to rotate your image is:

    1. Select the clip you want to rotate
    2. Tap on the monitor. You should see a blue bounding box
    3. Use your fingers to rotate the image

Let us know how this works for you.

    Best,

    PG

    Hi Ed,

Sorry to hear about these issues. I have a few questions to help narrow down what might be happening. Can you please answer the following?

    1. What type of media you're using in your project? What camera shot it? Do you know the resolution is frame rate? e.g., 1080p or 4k? 24, 30 or 60 frames per second?

    2. What export settings are you using? Automatic? Custom?

    3. What computer do you have? What OS is installed?

Thanks in advance. Look forward to hearing back from you.
