    Hi Yan,

    Transparent png's are supported in Rush. Does the png appear transparent in other applications? Can you provide a copy of the png so I can verify?

    Thanks for writing in. Rush supports png, PSD, and jpeg files, etc. What kind of graphics are you attempting to add?

    Most of our users will have a library of graphics in Dropbox, Creative Cloud, and then import them directly into Rush.

    Hello all,

    I'm sorry for anyone experiencing stability issues in Rush. If Rush is failing to export your project, we want to address this as soon as possible.

    If you haven't already, please reach out to our support team and provide as specific information about your project and device as possible. This allows us to narrow down and address the issue much faster.

    Please include the following:
    1. What device and operating system you have
    2. What version of Rush you have installed
    3. What type of files are you using? Were they recording on your phone, computer DSLR, etc.,
    4. Is your media 4k, 1080
    5. What actions did you take before the crash? e.g., applied slow motion, trimmed and tapped on export
    6. If you can provide a screen recording of the issue, that is very helpful.

    I really appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you for your patience as we work on understanding and resolving this issue.

    I'm sorry your experience with Rush has not been great. At this time, the Pixel 4 is not a supported device. We hope to add support for the Pixel 4 soon.

    I'm sorry so many of you are facing this issue. Reading through the thread, it appears there may be multiple issues being reported.

    It would be very helpful if you can include the following details.

    1. What device/computer do you?
    2. What Operating System do you have (eg, iOS 13, Windows 10, etc.)?
    3. What version of Rush do you have?
    4. Can you please upload a screen recording or screen grab of the error?

    Hopefully, with this information, we can figure out the cause and resolution asap.

    Hi Alex,

    Sorry for the trouble. The capability to install mogrts directly in Rush has been temporarily removed as we're updating the Graphics workflow. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Here is a workaround if you still need to add mogrts to Rush

    * If you have Motion Graphics templates stored on your computer or in Creative Cloud Files and you’d like to use them in Rush, you’ll need to rely on Premiere Pro to import them into a Creative Cloud Library, and then open that library within Rush to add the mogrt to a project. For now, this is the only way to import a mogrt to Rush.

    1. Open Premiere Pro, open the essential graphics panel
    2. Install motion graphics template (bottom right icon in essential graphics panel) (more info here: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/user-guide.html/premiere-pro/using/motion-graphics-templates.ug.html)
    3. After mogrt is installed, copy that mogrt from the local section to a Creative Cloud library via left-clicking on the mogrt
    4. Open Premiere Rush, navigate to the “saved section” (top of graphics panel), then click the filter icon to filter the library where you saved the mogrt, add the mogrt to your timeline in Rush

    You can save title templates in Rush.

    Create the title (modify color, size, shadow, etc.)
    Within the Graphics inspector, scroll all the way to the right, tap on the Options button > "Save as"

    Hello,

    We're sorry for this inconvenience. We're working as fast as we can to add support to the latest HDR format from Apple. For now, the solution is to disable HDR format in your device's Settings.

    Open Settings > Camera > Record Video, then toggle off the switch next to "HDR Video."

    Hi Julio!

    Are you wanting to increase and lower the volume at specific areas in your audio or just at the start and end of the clip?

    If you want to apply at the start or end of the clip, select the audio clip and apply any transition. You can also split a clip and apply a transition to either side of the clip to provide an audio fade to a specific area.

    Can you tell us a little more about what you're looking for? Rush has 15 transitions to choose from. Including Wipe, Dissolve, Slide and Push.

    Hi all,

    As must of you are probably aware, Rush comes with Cross Dissolve, Dip to Black, and Dip to White in the Transitions Inspector.

    If you're not aware, you can also find really great transitions in the Adobe Stock panel in the Title Inspector.

    1. Open the Title Inspector
    2. Select More Titles
    3. Search for "Transitions"
    4. Add them to your project and customize them by going to the Edit panel

    Hi there!

    Sorry, navigating your way through Rush hasn't been going smoothly. Here's how you apply a transition to a clip in Rush

    1. Select a clip in the timeline
    2. Open the Transition Inspector (the second button down on the right side of the app. Looks like an hourglass)
    3. With the clip selected, select 1 of the 3 transitions listed

    This will apply a transition to the beginning and end of the selected clip.

    I'm sorry Rush is only showing black in the monitor. There could be a few reasons for this. I'd try updating to the latest GPU driver your system supports. I would also try restarting your system. After trying those things, if you are still experiencing these issues, please reach out to our support team with your system information and specific steps on how to reproduce the problem.

    I also would expect the previous destination you selected to be remembered. I'd like to get the added to the app. If you'd like, you can make a sperate feature request from this so that others can vote for it as well.

    For the missing media issue. I have a few questions.

    1. Can you reproduce this issue? Always? Sometimes?
    2. Was this a synced project?
    3. Have you tried to sign out and back into the Create Cloud desktop app?

    Sorry for the hassle here. Hope we solve this.
