    Hello!

You can apply transitions to an audio clip. Here's how

    1. Select an audio clip in the timeline
    2. Open the Transitions Inspector, select any of the transitions

This will apply a transition to the beginning and end of your selected clip. If you want to apply a transition to only one side of the clip, you can drag and drop the transition to the desired position.

We're thinking of ways how we can make this more clear to users in the future. We would love to hear your ideas on how you'd expect/like this to work.

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi Thomas,

I want to make sure I understand your request. Do you want to save projects to a USB/external drive or do you want to import your media from a USB/external drive?

    Thanks,

    Peter

    Hi Valerie,

Sorry, your projects are not appearing. Can you provide a few more details?

    1. What version of Rush do you currently have installed?
    2. When you signed out of Rush, did you sign back in using the same login information?
    3. Did you update or delete Rush (and then reinstall) before logging in?
    4. Do you have your projects synced to Creative Cloud or were they local only?
    5. Have you tried being connected to WiFi and also cellular service?

I hope we can sort this out for you ASAP.

    Hi Scott,

It's possible your VPN connect caused this issue? Have you tried to disable VPN to see if it works?

    Hi Eric,

A few things you can try

    1. Make sure you have the same version of the Creative Cloud desktop app on both computers.
    2. Make sure you have the same version of Rush on both computer.
    3. Make sure signed in using the same Adobe ID on Creative Cloud/Rush app

    Hi!,

Sorry Rush isn't performing well for you. I would like to try to help understand what’s causing the issues. Can you please answer a few questions?

    1. What device and iOS version do you have?
    2. What type of video do you have? 4k, 1080 clips? Long? Short?
    3. Do you have plenty of free storage space on your devices?

Thanks in advance for the information.

    Hi Deepak,

Thanks for writing in. You can choose whether you want Rush to sync your projects and media or not. If you do not want your projects/media to sync, just uncheck the " Sync with CC" checkbox when you create a new project.

Check out this page for more details about how syncing works in Rush.

    Hi!

Thanks for writing in. VOB files are not edit-friendly files. Most editing software do not support VOB as the performance and quality are bad. There are a few options to convert them to mp4.

    https://handbrake.fr/

    or

    https://www.freemake.com/how_to/free_vob_converter

    Hope this helps!

    Hi bpete,

Can you confirm you do not see the scissors icon if you scroll to the way to the right on the bottom toolbar? The icon is between the Transform and the Duplicate buttons.

    Thanks,

    Hey Thomas,

Thanks for your feedback. We're working on adding support to detach audio from your AV clip. You can add your vote for that feature here: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423/suggestions/35728453

You can also create L and J cuts today (might help you). Here's how.
    1. Select your AV clip
    2. Tap on the Expand Audio button
    3. Trim the Audio independently

You can't trim it completely away but you can trim to 1 frame.

    Hope this helps a bit!

    Best,

    Peter

Thanks for the feedback, Will. Do you want to see the trim handles thinner or the border around the whole clip or both?

    Thanks again!
