An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for your feedback. That would be a nice addition to the speed feature. The workaround now is splitting the clip right where you want to apply a new speed change.
Appreciate you writing in.
Best!

An error occurred while saving the comment Sorry for the trouble. Can you reach out to our support team?
It would be helpful to know what phone and OS you have installed. Is this a new issue or an existing problem?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Anders!
Thanks for writing in! Rush supports 3 layers f audio tracks. Do you need more, or is there something else you're looking for?
I look forward to hearing back!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the request, Alicia! Were you wanting to select a background color and not count as a layer?
You could place the background color you want on the bottom layer and place your video/pictures/text above it in the higher layers?
Does that work for you? Look forward to hearing your feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for writing in. Yes, at this time, Rush only supports h264 exports.
You can do your quick edit and Rush and then open your Rush project in Premiere for export. I know it's not ideal, but you can use that workflow for now.
I'll update the team with your request.
Best,
Peter

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there!
Thanks for writing in. Is there another app that is doing this already? I'm not exactly sure how to picture your request. Rush does show the red progress bar while the voiceover is recording. I'm guessing that is not helpful, though?
Appreciate your feedback!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the detailed request. Appreciate you writing in and sharing your feedback. I haven't checked out "Photodex," but I will now.
I love the idea of making Rush a more robust slideshow creator.
Cheers!

An error occurred while saving the comment That would be a nice feature! One thing you can do is
1. Add a graphic to your project
2. Open the Graphic inspector (double-click on graphic)
3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the inspector
4. Select Save AsThe graphic will be placed in your Saved folder for later use.
I hope this helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks for the feedback Prizm! We're looking into ways to provide the best experience when working with linked clips.
For your specific case, my workaround is adding a 1 frame black clip (graphic/title) to the beginning of the sequence.
I hope this helps for now. Happy New Year!
Peter
An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Jarrod ,
Thanks for your feedback. Just in case you’re not aware, you can lock tracks in Rush to avoid clips from shifting on other tracks if you prefer them to stay in place or not delete when editing in the primary video track.
To access track controls (lock, mute audio/video) click the Control Tracks button in the bottom left of the desktop and iPad version, bottom iPhone version.
I know this isn’t exactly what you want but hope it helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Steve,
Sorry for the delay in responding. Can you please let us know what you're looking for in this request?
You can separate audio in Rush today by selecting the clip, long press on mobile or right-click on desktop and select 'Separate Audio'.
Hope this helps!

Rush does allow you to add files after your project is created. Can you please share a screen recording of the issue?
To add more media, tap on the blue + button, select 'Your Media'.
Hope this helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Sarah,
I want to make sure I understand the issue. What happens when you try to export? Do you get an error? Does Rush crash?
Please include as much detail as possible.
Appreciate your help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Pauline,
There should be near feature parity between iOS and desktop. Let us know where you're not seeing this.
Appreciate your report.
Peter
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm going through the thread linked by the OP and this post collecting information. The error doesn't appear to be occurring for all users, even with matching account types and media, making it a little more difficult to find the root cause.
I have a request - For the users currently experiencing this issue in the latest Rush build, please DM on the community forum here https://community.adobe.com/. I'll reach out to you directly with specific questions. I'll update this post here once I have a better understanding of the issue.
Apologies for the trouble this has caused. The possible workarounds I see now are:
* Rollback to version 1.5.54 of Rush. Here's how
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html
* Transcode your problematic file to non-HEVC or non-10bit
* Adjust camera settings to shoot non-HEVC or non-10bit for future projects
Thanks again for the info you've provided so far. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Peter
