    I’m asking for an ability to drag a clip in between tracks and have a new track inserted not on top but where I’m hovering.

    Also having this issue. Latest Premiere. Both Mac and PC. Workaround for now is to use smart bins to find things.

    Agreeing that this needs to be fixed, however after reading some comments here I'm noticing that if you first drag a timeline into the source monitor and start marking it up there, the markers don't disappear... Definitely buggy though!
