    I'm seeing this in AME 13 also.

    Getting identical outputs from AME and Premiere is a core feature. Burning captions is a core feature. This should at least be on the published known issues.

    If you click the wrench icon and choose Open in Timeline you'll get something pretty close to what you want — but only for one source clip at a time.
