Yes instead of using the continuous thumbnail, to have the option to choose a poster would be really helpful to have a clean view of the sequence or when rearranging clips in an other order.

Yes, Universe not working anymore for me too, I could not open Premiere if Universe was still installed, I had to uninstall Universe. Everytime I quit premiere there's a pop-up screen telling me that an error occured. And slower in general. I9, Rtx 2080ti, 64 Gb RAM.

Yes, and it's worse with the creation of sub sequences, it highlights in the project and it sends the new sequence to the source monitor. Sub clips and sub sequences should have more flexible behavior for different workflows.

When I use files from Nikon cameras, I have the same issue. Especially when I have a image with transparency on top (logo, watermark). Footage from 3 different camera from Nikon does this since version 14 and was ok before. I have to transcode everything in an other format, or remove watermarks.

Yes, It would be great if the tab would be the same color as its label color in the project panel. I often have similar sequences with similar titles but with a few differences... those color tags would in their tabs would help a lot to identify them faster.
This was suggested a month ago and the user added a nice image to describe the idea:

Crossfades that were moved are still becoming fade-outs. In premiere we can adjust the crossfade bar and slide it to the left or right. When it's moved completly on one side (to the end), it will become messed up when the sequence is sent to audition. Workaround is to leave at least 1 frame in the crossfade bar and never slide the crossfade completly on one side.

Oh wow, great idea, this would help me a lot to spot quickly which sequence is what.

Yes, After Effects is already with this option, so why not premiere.

The bug is that the poster frame is displaced by the number of frames where the in point of the original clip is placed. So if you place an in point at 00:00:02:01 for you subclip, the poster frame will be placed 2 seconds and 1 frame earlier than where you clicked. And if you set the poster in the first 2 seconds, unfortunatly you'll get the first frame everytime and there's no workaround.

When the poster frame is added on a subclip, it only works if the in point was at the first frame of the original clip. Poster frame for subclip doesn't work at all if the in point starts at the second frame and after.
