Can you upload a project - no media needed except the .mcc file so I can isolate further. I'm not able to reproduce and would like to investigate further. Thanks.

Are these 23.98/24 fps projects? There are some known issues with MacCaption output in regard to these framerates. I believe they have been fixed in later versions of MacCaption.

I cannot reproduce in 15.0 with your files. The captions are white, not grey at bottom centered, except for two that are bottom left. One caption at 00:01:39:07 "Is that Rick" and "So" are top centered. If I open them in Caption Maker/Mac Caption/Zeitanker those caption are at the top as well.
It would also help if you told us what captions were missing. Thanks.

Export Transcript or Captions to text file has been added to the text panel. Give it a spin and kick the tires.

Hello, the size and placement is very flexible and customizable. The Essential Graphics Panel or EGP has multiple controls for placement of captions.
Zone placement - The screen is divided into 9 zones - 3 across and 3 down, much like a Tic Tac Toe board - this is the first control to use for general placement. We will justify text based on original zone choice
Once this is done, you can adjust with Font Size controls as well as the other controls I have highlighted on this screenshot.

Hello,
This is possible with Open Captions, but Closed Captions have very specific characters per line limits.
