   Same issue. Premiere can not play video files without stuttering. If EGPU is turned of playback is normal at 24 fps UHD. EGPU is Razor Core AMD Vega 64. Internal EGPU is Vega 56 (IMac 2019, 8 cores, I7). DaVinci Resolve doesn't have this issue and is 2,5 times faster in rendering.

2. The April release of After Effects CC 2018 has a bug. After pushing the reverse telecine button nothing happens. No cadence proposals at all
