Hi there! Your post ended up on the Premiere Pro UserVoice. Just wanted to let you know that there are a couple of requests for a chroma key/green screen effect on Rush UserVoice where you can add your vote. One of them is:

Google translated:
When I try to edit TITLE, I can't enter characters and the app crashes. No matter how many times I try, opening a new video doesn't help. What should I do now? -

hi Roice! Can you describe your workflow a bit more and add screenshots of what is happening and what you would like to see happen instead?

Hi Felix! Thanks for reporting this issue. This is due to known limitations of unicode support in After Effects that we hope to address in the future. There is a workaround though. If you set up your expression as an index this problem can be avoided. If you are unfamiliar with indexed expressions you can try it out by holding down alt when pickwhipping. That way it will write an expression with an index. This way you can move the project from Mac to Win and vice versa.
Here is a great article with more info on indexed expressions
https://www.rocketstock.com/blog/using-the-index-expression-in-after-effects/You can also accomplish this automatically with the Universalizer Script:

If I understand correctly, you are not referring to a technical defect, but you are unhappy with the way your titles look from a creative standpoint?
Can you send us a screenshot of what you are trying to achieve? -

Thanks John for sending us your feature requests! You are right, there are no gradients for text (we do support gradients for shapes). The way you can however get your job done is by adding effects to the Essential Graphics panel (e.g. 4 Color Gradient, Gaussian Blur etc.). If you want feathered edges you could only use a shadow and turn off the fill completely.

Hi Mauricio, thanks for sending us your request. Could you elaborate a little on what kind of workflow you would like to accomplish and how null objects would help you here?

Hi Oscar! There are different ways to organize your Motion Graphics Templates in the Essential Graphics panel. The most affective way is to organize them in libraries. Those libraries then show up as items in the libraries dropdown. The beauty is that you can access these libraries from every computer when you are signed in. One advantage over folders is that you can search in multiple libraries at the same time.
An alternative to libraries is the option to connect the Essential Graphics Panel to mogrts in folders on a drive (locally or network). You can add your folders by clicking on "Manage additional folders" in the panel menu.
If you think this is not an ideal solution, I'd be curious to learn what you are missing from folders?

Thanks, dev singh, for your request. The Premiere Pro team does not have control over Adobe Fonts. May I redirect you to the Adobe Fonts Community Forum? Here the link: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-fonts/bd-p/fonts?page=1&sort=latest_replies&filter=all
Also, have you tried visiting Adobe Fonts and browsing fonts by languages? Here is the list of different Devanagari fonts: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts?browse_mode=default&languages=Deva

Hi Angel de Jesus! ;) Thanks for your request. I am curious - why do you need to go back to After Effects to change the mogrt? Annika

One more note: make sure to add separate requests for different suggestions (e.g. the ability to set a default font). That way other users know what to vote on and we know what others want and need! :)

Hi Cameron! Thanks for your request. When you create a text and expand the text box you will increase the scale parameter of that layer, not the font size. One reason why we are not increasing the font size when resizing the box is that when using a text in a box (draw a text box in the program monitor and then type) you might want to resize the text box but retain the font size.

Thanks for your input on how to improve the browser and the details on how you are organizing your Motion Graphics templates.

Hi Mara, thanks for your comment. Would you please file a separate user voice post and give a little more information about the issue you are facing? Also please send a screenshot which shows the problem. This way we can focus on your specific issue. Thanks! Annika

I suggest logging separate requests rather than adding them to the comments.

Hi Dean! Thanks for taking the time to adding your requests to UserVoice. It would be great to separate these requests into actually 3 distinct requests. The beauty of Uservoice is that other users can vote for issues - but combined requests make in hard to focus on a specific action item. The higher an issue is ranked in regards to votes, the more attention it is likely to receive from Product Management and Engineering. I don't want to pile more work on you after you have already filed this. I just want to make sure your requests are set up for success :). Thanks again for sending this our way! User feedback is so valuable!

Fantastic, Nathan! Thank you so much. And yay for the Facebook group, Perre. I hope it gets a lot of members and attention. Will check it out as soon as I get a chance.

@Nathan B, thanks for your thoughtful post. This thread has starting turning into a good place for discussion. However, I would love to see you turn your suggestions into their own User Voice requests, so we can get some feedback on it through votes. What I read in your post:
- you like warp in Photoshop. So please add a UserVoice request for warp in Premiere Pro
- you like tools from Illustrator and InDesign and think that Premiere is missing some of the tools. What tools or functionality specifically are you missing? Add a UserVoice request for that too!
- Text Effects - what would you picture there? Give me a couple of examples what you would like to see here.I am interested :)

Hi Alan, thanks for posting this. Could you please add some additional info:
- which OS?
- from which application and which build/version are you copy and pasting from?
- which build of Premiere Pro are you using (check "About Premiere Pro")
- what are the exact steps? (a video would be best if you could do a quick screen recording with computer or phone) e.g. Are you copy and pasting the layer or the source text itself? Does it matter what kind of styling you have applied to the text (stroke, kerning etc). Does it matter what font you are using? Please be as thorough as possible.
- can you please attach the crash log? I was not able to find any crash logs from your user ID. Did you click send in the Crash Reporter dialog?
Hi Chris! Thanks for getting in touch here.
Let's look at the options you have with organizing your Motion Graphics templates:
1. Organize through libraries (or use local additional folders if you are using a shared storage)
2. Organize through keywords
3. Sort by "Recent"
Are these things you have been aware of? If these options do not solve your workflow annoyances I'd love to hear more.
