Whenever you're editing captions, the current auto-save feature is irritating as ****!

It interrupts the editing process entirely and often also causes a jump back to home position, making you wonder where the **** you left off...

    PLEASE ADOBE, fix this!

When you're editing captions, the auto-save feature REALLY, REALLY is annoying as ****!

Takes you out of the flow, as you
    a) have to wait for the process to complete
    b) do an extra few mouse clicks to get the line you were editing active again

If other NLEs can do this, why can't Premiere Pro?

3 years onwards and it's still not implemented.

I totally agree with this! It's so time consuming to create at least three keyframes before being able to drag a fade in/out you want. In Audition, this is done instantly!

This is a nuisance to me as well. At the very least, Adobe should allow this to be a user definable preference: do you want Lumetri Color to be a default effect, much like Motion or Transparency are?

With today's digital cinema cameras of course you shoot log and/or raw! This means color correction/grading is a MUST, not an OPTION any longer, unless your client prefers washed out colors.

Going to the Color Tab and changing one of the parameters will automatically add the Lumetri Color Effect to the Effect Control panel, but it should be there in the first place, not requiring the user to either manually search for the effect or change workspaces.

This follows from your request at the Adobe support community. Adobe should consider allowing the user to determine how much resources will be devoted to the warp stabilizer at any given point. It is currently designed as a background process, allowing the user to continue editing while Warp Stabilizer does its thing in the background. Some prefer to work this way, others prefer to have this effect calculated as fast as possible so they can adjust and finish this edit before moving on.

Inside Photoshop you have an excellent Actions Panel that lets you record and playback actions. I frequently use this whenever I need to do repetitive tasks, such as scaling imported images, saving them to a PSD and then closing out the file. With only a few mouse clicks, you can automate a task that would perhaps take hours to complete (and be very repetitive).

Could the team at PPro also consider the introduction of such an actions panel?
