   Especially I need support for mkv and webm

   For so much money I could estimate more file format support!

2. Capturing HDV tapes produces .ac3 clips instead of .mov (as it does with DV tapes)

   It does this, since mac os mojave. Before there were mpeg files. We should may rename this to mpeg.
