@ Antoine:
Attached is a sample HEVC with Alpha movie that we created by rendering Apple ProRes4444 with Alpha from After Effects and then using Encode Selected Video Files in the Finder for macOS 11.6 and then choosing HEVC 2160p with Preserve Transparency enabled in the Encode Media dialog box (also attached).
For those interested in HEVC with Alpha, there's a comment on the Adobe Community Support Forums that this is under review, but there is no news as to when it might be implemented. More votes should help.

Having an AE Gradient Map that matches PS Gradient Map would be great for situations where the look has been approved on the Photoshop side using PS Gradient Map. Being able to hide it in PS and apply it on the AE side would be especially helpful for video where it's not nearly as easy to just apply it in PS and the import it to AE.

It would be great to have Spell Check in keeping with how it works in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Be it a feature request or a bug report, there is value in having users vote.
In the context of a feature request, it provides an immediate ranking of how important a feature request is to the user base. Anyone can see what hundreds of users are requesting compared to what only a handful of users are requesting and this allows for prioritizing new and enhanced features based on direct user input. From a feature request standpoint, we're indicating that we would also like to see this feature. A vote for a feature request says, "Hey, I'd like to see this in After Effects."
In the context of a bug report, it provides an immediate ranking of an issue that users are experiencing. Anyone can see an issue that hundreds of users are experiencing compared to what only a handful of users are experiencing and this allows prioritizing bug fixes based on direct user input. From a bug reporting standpoint, we're reporting that we are also experiencing this issue. A vote for a bug report says, "Hey, I'd like to see this fixed in After Effects... assuming it's something users other than myself are experiencing."

If not with the Collect report, I'd love to see this as a user preference to be written as a side-car file that's saved next to the After Effects project file as a plain text document. It would be amazingly helpful for those times you do an operating system-level search for something related to a given project.

I'm very excited to announce that keyframe color labels, along with a new design for keyframe selection, are now available in public beta!
You'll need to update to version 22.5.0 Build 18 or later to get access. Learn more here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-beta-discussions/welcome-to-keyframe-color-labels-in-ae/td-p/12927209
Thank you for all your input. Please give the beta a try and let us know how it's working for you.

If it hasn't already been mentioned, it would be amazing if we could Select Keyframe Group in the same way that we can Select Label Group.

We are actively working on this feature. I don't have a date to share yet but I'll update this message when I do.

I may be missing something here, but go to Output To > Custom in the Render Queue and add whatever text strings you need for future use.

As Emma suggested, add a Hold keyframe prior to the set of keyframes that you're moving in the Timeline.
That said, it would be helpful to have an eyeball for each property that can be enabled and disabled, but to disable the keyframes for the entire layer Time Span without removing the keyframe - not to do something that Keyframe Interpolation already allows for.

Why does this sound entirely like a display driver issue?
I've seen better performance on each newer machine on my end since, well Cosa After Effects 1.5. I typically upgrade machines every five to eight years.
The ability to continue to work in the Timeline while a Preview is running in recent versions? Amazing.
And the Comps range from light weight to 512 layers.
So, take a serious look at drivers.
Sometimes you need to take a few more frames off after Ripple Previous Edit to Playhead and sometimes you need to put a few frames back.
I wouldn't mind if pressing Q a second time after doing "Ripple Previous Edit to Playhead" switched to "Select Nearest Edit Point as Ripple In" or pressing W a second time after doing "Ripple Next Edit to Playhead" switched to "Select Nearest Edit Point as Ripple Out" which allows the editor to use Trim Forward (option right) or Trim Backward (option left) to ripple forward or backward.
