Elements dvd/bd menus are awful. The menus only work in a fixed way. No room for custom menus like in Encore (which I still use). CS2 used to have this feature. After one version it was dropped.
I dont like to see Adobe engineers waist their time on this feature.

I have seen funny things happen in scaling stills. But it is intermittent, when rendering the still it works ok.

Its not a bug its by design.
Same goes for audio units, it will still go to the last frame and not in previous versions to the first frame of the next clip.

This is not really a Premiere feature but rather a CC app feature.
But is should be removed that is for sure.

It use to be like that: move v1 and a1 would automaticly follow. But on many request the feature changed.
Move v1 than hold down ctrl+shift and move a1.

I dont think i would want this. If you accidental scroll your mouse over a value, your settings are off maybe without you noticing this.
This would not happen with click and drag as its present behavior.
