Hello Nadia. I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. We certainly wouldn't expect this issue from iPhone footage and would like to investigate further. Would you be able to upload a sample file so that our developers can take a look? I can provide you with a link to use for uploading if you like.

Have you tried disabling hardware encoding in the export settings? Also please try changing the Video Renderer to Software Only if disabling hardware encoding didn't resolve the issue.

I believe this is now fixed in the current After Effects Beta builds. Please download the latest build (you will need to have build 6 or later) and give it a try. Please let me know if this fixes the issue for you.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm going to assume from the context of the request that you are on one of the newer M1 Macs. If that is the case then worry not because we agree with you - DV support is coming! Unfortunately the large effort to port all of our support to this new architecture has required us to prioritize the order in which we implement support. It's still very much in our plans but didn't make the first cut formats to be ported.

If you are referring to support on any other system then we should discuss troubleshooting because the support was not removed from any of them.

Can you please try this in the latest Beta build? I believe this issue is fixed already in Beta.

Is this in reference to the ability to import DV sources on a Mac M1 system or are you referring to the ability to do DV capture?

Thanks, that's very informative. Could you tell me more about the sources? Can you repro with just transcoding a single file? And if so, would you be able to share that source? I have a NAS with an AFP connection that hasn't reproduced the issue so far. If it's not a single source can break the project down in to a smaller version that will still repro the issue and share it? If we can get a repro in-house it will make it much easier to determine the root cause.

Thank you for the additional information. So two things:
    1. What networking protocol are you using to connect to the NAS (SMB, AFP, NFS)?
    2. Do you see the same freezing at the end if you export the file without audio? We're trying to determine which step of the export is having the problem and this should let us know if the muxer is involved.

Thank you for the report. I'm logging a bug now and we'll investigate. If you could provide me with a few more details that would be really helpful:
    * What NAS are you using?
    * What OS/version are you using
    * Is hardware accelerated encoding enabled for the file that doesn't work? If so, does disabling it fix the issue?

Hello, this is a known issue that we are currently working on. In the meantime please see this FAQ for a workaround: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/faq-how-to-solve-preview-issue-red-blue-tint-with-canon-c300-mkii-mxf-files-in-premiere-pro-15-0/td-p/11919770

    Can you try this:
    1. Open After Effects preferences
    2. Go to Import and uncheck Enable hardware accelerated decoding (requires restart)
    3. Quit After Effects
    4. Go to the following folder:
    Mac: /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common
    Windows: \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
    5. Delete the Media Cache Files folder
    6. Relaunch After Effects

Do you still have the issue? If not can you please let me know what GPU(s) and their drivers are installed on your system?

We are tracking issues with screenrecordings from macOS and have fixed many of them already. If you have a file that is experiencing issues still in the latest release then I think the next step would be to get a sample for our development team to look at. If you can upload a file here (https://www.dropbox.com/request/kG29iDZSYDha1xsHHmRL) we can investigate.

Thank you for your report. Premiere Pro no longer supports importing or exporting FLV files so you are seeing the correct behavior. If you point me to the page on our website where you saw the incorrect information I will have it changed. On a positive note, Adobe Media Encoder should still be able to import your FLV files so you can convert them to a different format.

If you could share a file that would be really helpful. So far I haven't been able to reproduce any issues with OBS files I have here. Could you also please elaborate on the exact issue. Are you not able to import the files or is this an issue with playback?

Thank you for reporting these issues. We have reproduced the magenta shift it in-house and will work on a fix. I am not seeing the game shift with XQ however. Could you please give me some more info about your steps to reproduce the incorrect output and what apps/settings you're using to validate the output.

Ryan, this issue was addressed in the 14.1 release of Premiere. Can you please check your version to make sure you are updated to the latest version of Premiere?

Brad can you tell me a little more about what is happening when it doesn't work? We addressed this bug some time ago but if there are cases where it is still failing we'd like to fix them.

I should have marked this Completed but I'll hold off for now until we can figure out what's going on with your workflow.

Support for Canon RAW Light files from the Canon 1DX Mk III has been added to the beta builds of Premiere Pro and is available now if you're interested in trying it out.

I apologize. I thought I had responded that this is now resolved in the beta builds of Premiere Pro. It will also be fixed in the next official release if you don't feel comfortable using the beta builds. Thank you for brining this to our attention.

Thank you for the report. This matches another case of import failure we are working on so I will add your file to existing issue.

As this request is for both WebM and OGG Vorbis I am hesitant to merge it in to the WebM request.

    Couple questions:
    * What version of macOS are you currently on. I was not able to repro this issue on macOS 10.14.6
    * If you re-name the file and don't manually enter the extension it should be added automatically. While I understand this would be a departure in what you've done in the past I would expect the results to be the same. Is that your experience as well?
