You can select the clip and press Ctrl (Cmd) + D and it will apply the default transition at the beginning and end of the clip.

This and also an idea that I published of "Rearrange tracks" so that you can also do what you are saying, to move the new track among the others.

This can already be done, simply drag any clip to the timeline above the top track and another track will be created.

You can save a Preset on Export Settings and select it each time you want to export with that setting.

You can deactivate that, go to Sequence and uncheck "Selection follows Playhead." This is enabled when the color correction is performed, but for some reason sometimes remains active when you finish the color correction.

What Adobe needs to do is "Solo Track Targeting option" with a Modifier Key like "Ctrl" because if we want to paste something we have to toggle off all other tracks holding down "Shift" key and turn on the one you want to paste the clip. But if there is a Solo Track Targeting option, we can paste a clip simply by selecting that track.

A better workaround is to solo a audio track and press again solo, voila.

    Jim Simon

First, explain what is Track Keyframe.

Second, I'm no talking about moving a clip or another tool but slip a clip with Slip Tool.

For example working with audio, if you have many keyframes in different parts of a music to lower the volume and you want to slip the audio, all the keyframes will move of position ruining what you had done with the keyframes in the positions you want.

This is why sliding is better workflow for content without moving keyframes.

If you want to keep the value of that keyframe in that position just move the clip to the desired position.

If you can show why it is better to keep the keyframes while you slide your answer will be welcome.

Jim Simon, Sony Vegas has this feature, not even a frustration working with this feature, also Premiere have already used if not all, almost all key modifier to work with keyframe.

In addition, to make a mistake by double clicking on a keyframe must be a faulty mouse.

This is a bug, a workaround both for the mask as for the motion transform is to click on the mask or the motion, press spacebar to playback a little and it will be activated.

Mask behavior in Premiere isn't friendly, it's a little bit tricky. Sometimes making a mask, it rotates, and this is annoying.

Mike Knight, I think a warning is better because analyze as part of export you will not know the result of the stabilization, could be a bad stabilization.

Media browser and Import (Ctrl +I) are two different way of importing media. Media Browser is not used in all cases. Im talking about Import Ctrl+I or Cmd+I.
