    I don't think "Insert Time" is quite the same thing, unless, of course, it expands the entire timeline and not just the highlighted section. I need to insert some new dialog and I need to do it in such a way as to not disrupt the synchronization of the segments that follow it. There are currently 30+ tracks on this timeline - this doesn't look very easy.
