    Thank you for the quick response Jason. The file simply will not drop into the timeline. However, I was able to open the Color section and edit the video in there just like the timeline under the editing section. Yeah I can share the file with Adobe, it's just vacant plot of land video for a realtor. I'll email you a Google Drive link. Thanks again Jason!

    Yes and my clients will ask why are the bars there? Make this change back to normal, please and thank you.

    Also, your PC might have to many programs running at the same time. Ideally, you want only Premiere Pro using all your RAM.

    Be sure your video files are stored on a solid-state drive. If you pull the files directly from the micro SD card, it will not play back smoothly.
