It’s safe to say that we are considering open and closed captions together, so this suggestion now reflects that.

This is not really optional and is the reason why I have been actively trying other solutions. Not only for the hearing impaired, but people in general want captions. Studies have show that people are 70-80% more likely to watch videos with captions. You can look up a study Verizon did recently. I am in shock that Rush doesn’t have automated captions, or at least the ability to import captions when simple programs like wave.video, veed.io and others already have it. I sincerely hope you are adding it soon.
