This something we're aware of and working on. I don't have a date for a fix but the work is well underway - we know exactly what the issue is and the correct way to solve it.

This would be very good to have. I would like to add that the progress be reported.
Maybe have Media encoder dump a log file every min into the CC cloud folder that we use to store media and project files, and the mobile app would just have to read the log file thats dumped there to display on a dash board. Each file could be encoded to show the workstation name and projects being processed and waiting and estimated time left. This way it would work when we are not local also.
And if we are making a wish list, a way to 'restart' the job if it fails too please....
