    All,

first of all I wanted to thank everyone for making this a productive conversation over the last couple of days.

As several people responded to my comment about keeping the tone civilised, I need to dwell on that for a minute. Please hear me out, this is important to everyone on my crew and I hope it will be to you.

Saying that we shouldn't be surprised when things get heated is very problematic in my opinion. How do you expect a junior person on my team to respond to a technical question when it is combined with something that can easily be described as hate speech? How do you think we can actually come together on actual issues when there's already the assumption that we're a big faceless corporation, not even listening to our customers?

People on my team have received threats. I've been there over the years,…

If you're not willing to go back to the old export window which worked great (don't know why you try to fix something that isn't broken), bring back tabs to click between, this scrolling and clicking "more" to get to the settings you need is ridiculous, and especially when it reverts your set and saved preset back to "Match Source" randomly and each time you start a new project.

On top of that, you can't see previously exported files (or any files) when you're finding the location to save your file in? Now I can't see what files are in a folder when I'm trying to export without opening up that folder in explorer, and thus can't replace that file without looking up and copying the exact same filename, and also can't create a proper iteration of a file if I want a "v2" or "v3" without first having to check in a separate program which versions there are. That was a huge oversight, and this feels less like a "feature request" and moreso just a bug report.
